Karazhan

Need to know who is attuned so far to Karazhan. This instance is Idea because it is the new UBRS. Many upgrades are here for the taking and with it only being a 10 man it's Ideal for our guild.

I'm on Entry into Karazhan, which means we'll all probably need a Shadow Labyrinth run soon.

I've got the Shadow Lab key if that helps at all.

I will need attunement as well

BAH! Level 70?!? Jus' one more "control" put in place to keep the Dwarves of Azeroth down. I say we fight the power and gather our Warlocks to summon all the Dwarves that want in, INTO THE MAW OF DANGER AND UNCERTAINTY!

Barring that... I'll need to level a wee bit longer 'till I can do this portion of the end-game.

Looked o'er the process fer gettin attuned fer Kara. Oy lad, that be at least a week o' questin ta get all the li''l "pre-quests" done 'afore ye can actually start on the real chain and then be dun wit it. Ne'er tha less, I shall begin working on it, doing what I can on me own and tryin to organize groups to go and complete the larger, heavier sections. Preferably all together so that we do as few repeat runs as possible and get more people prep'd quicker.

Dang... guess I'm turnin into a raid leader. Oh well, what could possibly go wrong...?

P.S.: repair yer armour before an' after each session; I can't guarantee unerring success.

Bring with you everything that you are gonna need and as Foddermike said be REPAIRED first.....if you are coming in unprepared be ready to get squashed....time to put our "Heros" (mains) to work and see what they can do.....until the start....

If we are serious about this than there are some things we need to do first have to do, for example since the third fragment is in arc we need to get arc key, for that we need to get the quest and do Bot and Mech. ( http://www.thottbot.com/?qu=10205 this is the start of the chain to get to this point http://www.thottbot.com/q10280 ) Of course only one of us really needs the key, but I think its a really good idea to start doing some of these instances to get us geared for the others, but thats my opinion on it.

The instance requires that each member possess [The Master's Key], obtained through an attunement process.

No I mean the arcatraz key, not the kara.

Karazhan is one of the high end dungeons in The Burning Crusade & can be found in Deadwind pass (in Azeroth).

Part 1:
- Arcane Disturbances:
Use the Violet Scrying Crystal near underground sources of water in the Master's Cellar and return to Archmage Alturus outside of Dalaran.
=> The pond and the well are found inside The Master's Cellar. There are two entrances to the cellar, both are found right next to each other at (48, 78). One of them leads to the pond, and the other leads to the well.
- Restless Activity:
Bring 10 Ghostly Essences to Archmage Alturus outside of Karazhan.
=> The essences are found off of ghosts inside The Master's Cellar. There are two entrances to the cellar, both are found right next to each other at (48, 78).

Part 2:
- Contact from Dalaran:
This report details my findings. Take it to Archmage Cedric, also from the Violet Eye; you will find him in the outskirts of Dalaran.
=> He can be found just north from Dalaran (15,54).
- Khadgar:
Deliver Alturus's Report to Khadgar in Shattrath City in Terokkar Forest.
=> He can be found in the center of Shattrath City (54,44).

Part 3:
- Entry Into Karazhan:
Khadgar wants you to enter the Shadow Labyrinth at Auchindoun and retrieve the First Key Fragment from an Arcane Container hidden there.
=> Can be found in 'The Screaming Hall' on the left of Murmur in an Arcane Container.
- The Second and Third Fragments:
Obtain the Second Key Fragment from an Arcane Container inside Coilfang Reservoir and the Third Key Fragment from an Arcane Container inside Tempest Keep. Return to Khadgar in Shattrath City after you've completed this task.
=> The second key fragment is in the steam vaults, in the water next to the first boss, just dive in and its on the bottom.
=> The third key fragment drops in Arcatraz, it can be found in the corner of the room after the first boss )
It's definitely soloable as a rogue. Just pop a sprint before the robot, run past and cut the corner, pop a vanish and wait for the void walker to leave. For other classes it's probably more of a challenge. Best to get a group.
For rogues, I believe you have to have 350 lock picking to pick the door.

Part 4:
Complete CoT : Black Morras
(You have to finish CoT: Old Hillsbrad Foothills to attune yourself for Black Morras)

This is the part that made me find a tear in the corner of my eye.

Talk to him and get The Master's Key.

Sealer is Attuned for Kara and have been inside a few times and gotten some of the gear..and with the way things are going I should be available to lend a healing..or tanking hand...

So, t'is a swim and some bird keepin' I be needin to finish off me key frags? Well doesn't sound too tough. I might be able to pull a rag-tag group together an' have us a grand ol' time at it.

The hardest part so far is gettin bodies together to make successful Shadow Labyrinth forays to the last boss in order to get that first key frag from the container off to the left of the last boss (found ye don't need to fight the boss, just the li'l void walker that sprouts from the container). Once we get more through that part, we can finish with the other quick runs and then a couple short CoT runs and all should be good.

Let's get in there, get our attunements and get our collective butts handed to us in KARAZHAN!!!!!!!!
